another fantastic slab from VALENTINE and ELDER, always the same, always different, singular yet infinite as they perpetually find new avenues, new slipstreams, new ways to blow my mind again and again - this one a real nice "private press" ordeal that finds MV & EE in an impressive even-higher-than-usual state of mind, billed as a supplement to their high(er) profile title ALPINE FREQUENCY, i think of it more as an added exponential dimension, some vibe correlation with titles like BOLLYWOE and FUZZWEED, offering an in the red intro blast then an extended acid fried transcendental dub excursion and a drop dead gorgeous cover of DYLAN's "simple twist of fate" elegantly crooned by ELDER immaculately closing side one, then side two flips to an enlightened far out trip for the ages elevating above and beyond the deepest "environments" in my HEROINE CELESTIAL AGRICULTURE archive - if you dig MV & EE you absolutely do not want to miss this
